FLANGE HEX BOLTS

Technical Specification

FLANGE HEX BOLTS – DIN 6921
The flange bolt is a fastener that features a skirt extending outwards from the head at a 360 degrees angle. Flange bolts got their name due to the circular flange which is manufacture to the underside of its head. These flanges distribute the load evenly between the different joints of the structure which is being fastened by it but remember to fasten all the joints using the same dimension of the flange bolt. These ensure that the structure being built is impeccably designed for maximum load-bearing capacity. Flange bolts are used for high-strength applications. Like when we put the connection between the transmission and the engine in a vehicle, in the construction of oil rings, energy plants, manufacturing plants, large automobiles, and ships. Albeit the interesting thing is when it is combined with the characteristics of stainless steel, then the strength of this bolt is increased and used for heavy-duty applications.
CE offer flange bolts in different material and finishes like anodized aluminum and zinc chromate, stainless steel, carbon steel, and alloy steel.
