STUDS

Studs often resemble a machine screw without a head relatively a long rod that is threaded on both ends; the thread may extend along the complete length of the rod. This often resembles a machine screw without a head, although some studs have heads that get permanently incorporated into the part they are attached to. Studs are often designed to be permanently attached to one part, proving a means of attaching another part in conjunction with a nut. CE manufactures a full line of standard and custom studs with quality materials and finish. We offer these Studs as per your requirement regarding the use and application of the Studs. We manufacture B7 Studs with two nuts, double-ended studs, and fully threaded studs. Threaded Studs are used for special fastener applications. The Studs are Fully Threaded and provide firmness to the applied source. We use them in heavy applications like in construction, electrical setups, etc.

B7 Studs With Two Nuts

These bolts have their main application for pressure vessels, valves, flanges, and fittings for high temperature and pressure services, and other different purposes.
B7 studs bolts are manufactured from chromium-molybdenum steel. The bolts are undergoing two different heat treatment processes  (quenching and tempering) to make them of the specific tensile strength (mechanical properties).
CE offers their customer many different types of finishes, like –
•    Plain finish for ordinary applications
•    Hot-dip galvanized
•    Zinc plated

Double Ended Studs

Double-end stud is threaded rods with equal thread length at both ends. Double-end studs are used for high-strength bolting. There is a different type of double end studs available in the market that has reduced shank diameter as designed for special bolting. Both ends have chamfered points, but round points may be furnished depending on the purchaser’s requirement.
The common application of Double-end studs is used for flange bolting or other applications where torching from both ends is necessary or desirable. This is used in industries like chemicals and many other allied industrial areas.
CE offers double-ended studs according to the customer’s given specifications and dimensions. According to the information given by the purchaser, the product is fabricated.

Fully Threaded Studs

threaded rod, also known as a stud, is a relatively long rod that is threaded on both ends. The fully threaded studs have no head, are threaded along their entire length, and have a higher tensile strength.   The thread may extend along the complete length of the rod. They are designed to be used in tension. Threaded rod in bar stock form is often called all-thread. These studs are usually fastened with two nuts and used with objects that must be assembled and dissembled quickly.

Stainless Steel

These are made with stainless steel for increased durability, they are used for flange bolting using nuts on either side. In a fully threaded stud, the shaft is completely covered with external threading. Made with stainless steel for increased durability, they are used for flange bolting using nuts on either side. Since these studs offer the user the option of attaching two objects to their ends, it can also be economical in large-scale projects. These studs are typically stronger than standard bolts as they are cast and forged with a single piece of metal.
The most common application of these studs is in industries like manufacturing, plumbing, construction, petrochemical, and automobile manufacturing. Fully Threaded Studs are ideal for making custom assemblies using thread-locking adhesive and along with that, they can also be used for custom applications based on individual requirements.
